As NFL Contractors and other entities send out RFPs for particular goods or services, you can visit this page on our site to download the information. It is important to note that not all requests for services will be handled through the RFP process. You may be contacted directly through our Business Resource Guide.
NOTE: NFL Contractors will place a priority on proposal bids from those companies who have completed the Emerging Business application and are listed in the Business Resource Guide. If you have not completed this process, click here to apply or visit our FAQ page for more details on the Emerging Business program.

Party Planners West NFLX and NFL Tailgate Bid Qualifications - These are the Bid Qualifications spreadsheets for your reference. As stated in the Emerging Business Workshop on Thursday, April 17, PPW will not begin bidding until June 2, in such categories as tenting, asphalt, flooring, etc. The dates indicated in the Bid Qualifications represent the day that we will print the Host Committee's Business Resource Guide for the specific category and will prepare the Invitations to Bid (ITB).
The published bidding close dates noted in the document will be the final date for any companies to be included in the bidding process. You must be enrolled in the respective category by the indicated date. No retro-bids will be sent to companies enrolling after this date, as this would be unfair to those who were enrolled prior to the published deadline.

Bid Practices
- Always respond. Even if the response is a decline to bid.
- NFL Contractors are looking for "prime" subcontractors not brokers or third-party contractors.
- Ask questions.
- If the questions are related specifically to the bid, contact the requesting contractor
- If the questions are related to the bidding process or how to respond to an RFP contact the Small Business Development Center at USF or the Small Business Enterprise Program of Pinellas County or the City of St. Petersburg.
- Emphasize strengths relevant to the bid specifications.
- Emphasize previous jobs successfully completed comparable to NFL job you are bidding.
- Be honest with the depiction of company capacity.
- Fair fees. NFL purchasing entities are seeking quality and fair costs associated with job.
