Be a Super Host this Super Bowl!

In a few short days we’ll be welcoming the world to Tampa Bay for Super Bowl XLIII. Everyone can play a role in making this event a success for our community, and with that in mind, the Host Committee is excited to introduce the Super Host Campaign!

We want to encourage everyone to wear a smile Super Bowl week and give our visitors a warm Tampa Bay welcome. A positive experience for guests in January will keep them coming back to the region for future tourism, business and special events.

The campaign will include several elements across a variety of mediums thanks in part to Host Committee Official Partner Media General and Media Partner CBS Radio.
  • Promotional television spots showcasing Tampa residents with their game faces will begin airing on WFLA News Channel 8 next week. At the same time humorous radio spots will hit the airwaves of all six CBS Radio stations.
  • Eight CBS Outdoor billboards across Hillsborough and Pinellas counties will remind area residents to keep their game faces on throughout their travels in the Bay area.
  • Print advertisements will also begin running in The Tampa Tribune and online at TBO.com beginning Jan. 8.
  • Thousands of buttons, posters and point-of-purchase displays will be distributed in late January to area restaurants, stores and hospitality industry partners. The materials showcase the “Put Your Game Face On” theme.
The entire campaign concept and execution is credited to a talented group of local professionals! The Host Committee would like to offer a special thank you to these key individuals and organizations for their outstanding civic pride:
